Annual meeting of Japan - New Zealand - Taiwan Seismic Hazard Workshop this year will be held in Ishikawa prefecture, Japan, hosted by NIED.
Two-days meeting will cover presentations and discussion on various topics of seismic hazard assessment, including:
- science of seismic hazard
- governance of national seismic hazard models
- application to hazard/risk products.
The meeting will be held in the center of the Kanazawa city, a beautiful city with historical significance.
A two-days field trip to Noto Hanto (peninsula) area is planned after the meeting.
